Prospera Impact reflects Prospera Global Group's commitment to the communities in the markets where it works, maintained separately from the commercial development platform.
Major development projects take place within communities that have their own needs, apart from the commercial or infrastructure outcomes a project is designed to deliver. Prospera Impact exists to address those needs directly, with the same discipline and accountability Prospera applies to its commercial work.
Development should strengthen families and communities.
Prospera Impact is intended to support people across the communities where the group works, with particular attention to widows, orphans, vulnerable families, education, skills, and essential community needs.

Community-level food-assistance priorities for vulnerable families, distinct from Prospera's commercial agriculture and food-security development work.
Community Priorities
Support for local infrastructure and community priorities identified in partnership with the communities themselves and relevant local authorities.
Vocational & Workforce Development
Training and workforce-development initiatives that build durable, transferable skills — distinct from, and complementary to, the ordinary employment created by Prospera's commercial projects.

Support for educational access and outcomes in the communities where Prospera works.

Separate from — and accountable alongside — our commercial work
Prospera Impact is not a marketing program attached to Prospera's commercial development activity. It is intended to be maintained as a distinct commitment, governed separately, so that support for communities is never contingent on or diluted by commercial outcomes. Ordinary employment created by Prospera's commercial projects is presented on those pages as a normal development outcome — not folded into Prospera Impact.
